Services Provided: XWHYZ offers digital, consultancy, IT, trading, intermediary, and e-commerce services globally.

User Obligations:

• You must not use our platform for unlawful purposes

• You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is truthful and accurate

• You may not scrape, extract, or reuse data from our site without express written consent

Intellectual Property Notice: All content, trademarks, logos, and proprietary material are the property of XWHYZ or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, XWHYZ disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of access to or use of the platform, services, or content.

Indemnification Clause: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless XWHYZ, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the services or breach of these Terms.

Disclaimer: These Terms are general in nature and subject to variation through explicit contractual arrangements. They do not override statutory rights unless legally permissible.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE, unless overridden by international arbitration agreements.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute shall first be subject to amicable negotiation. Failing which, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the DIFC-LCIA Rules.
