Refund, Return 
& Delivery  Policy

Digital Goods: All sales of downloadable or digital content are final unless the product is proven to be defective.

Physical Products:

• Returns accepted within 5-7 days of delivery

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase

• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Delivery Timeline:

• Delivery timelines vary by region. Standard delivery within 7–14 business days. Delays may occur due to customs or carrier issues.

Non-Delivery: If goods are not received within 30 days, please contact info@xwhyz.org for resolution.

Refund Timeline: Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–21 business days , subject to the nature of the product and/or service and the transaction channel.
