Where XWHYZ acts as a facilitator between third-party sellers and buyers, it does not assume liability for any warranties or representations made by such third parties. Responsibility for product quality, delivery, and legal compliance rests with the original seller unless otherwise stated in a direct contract with XWHYZ.
 

KYC & AML Notice: In accordance with international trade standards, XWHYZ implements Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) protocols for applicable transactions.
